Our Plaza Picnic offers
a traditional menu of old-fashioned flavors. Our
service staff is available at a rate of $15.00 per hour per staff member
to prepare
the meats on-site over natural hardwood charcoal,
giving your food a wonderful summertime aroma and taste. Minimum
of 5 hours per staff member including setup and break-down time.
Additional staff charges may be applied for events on holidays. Rain
or shine, your picnic
will be fun and delicious! Assorted soft drinks and
coffee are available upon request for an additional
charge.

event. We begin by baking our ribs until they are perfectly
tender. Then we grill the ribs and chicken on-site over

and top them with our savory Tennessee Mopping Sauce. We

Plaza Catering uses only the freshest products, highest
quality meats and the most trusted brands of condiments
and picnic disposables on the market.

Orders
are based on a minimum of 100 guests. Five business days notice
is requested.

are able to arrange a full-service bar or serve a bar arranged
by you. Call for details.

Location
is everything. You must give careful consideration to
where the picnic is held. Some companies prefer to hold the
event on-site, while others prefer to host the picnic off
company grounds. Our experienced corporate catering planners
will make recommendations for and help you select your site
- depending on the size of the event; convenience to employees
and families; activities you would like to offer, such as
team sports, "competitive" games or games just for
fun.
