WEDDING PACKAGES

The menus published by Corporate Plaza Catering are to give the client a sense of the style of our cuisine. Customized menus are available upon consultation.  Some factors to consider are the expected number of guests, the time of day, the season of the event, any specific requirements or special requests, the expected level of service and the budget of the event.

GUEST COUNT & MENU SELECTION

Orders are based on a minimum of 100 quests. Estimated guest count is required no later than 10 business days before contracted wedding date. Your final guest count is due 5 business days prior to your wedding. No allowance will be made for any decrease in guest count after this time. Children attending should be accounted for separately. For Buffet Style Dinners, children under 5 are free and from ages 5-10 are half price. On Sit Down Dinners, children's portions are available at half price.

     Final menu selections should be approximately 45 to 60 days prior to wedding date. Please inform Corporate Plaza Catering of any special dietary or vegetarian meals at this time.

AT YOUR SERVICE

Corporate Plaza Catering will provide catering services at the site of your choice.

     High quality, disposable plates, plastic forks and knifes, beverage cups and paper napkins are provided in the price of the menu.  We can upgrade to china, glassware and stainless cutlery for a rental charge.

     We have a full staff of trained wait staff and bartenders available to serve you at your event.  Wait staff will be charged at $15.00 per server, per hour.  Bartenders will be charged at $15.00 an hour, per bartender.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

A 50% deposit and a signed contract will be required to secure Corporate Plaza Catering for your event. The deposit will be subtracted from your total balance. The balance of your bill will be due 3 days before your event. Booking and payment for off-site facilities are not the responsibility of Corporate Plaza Catering and should be made well in advance of your wedding day. You may charge your event bill on Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express.

     In the event of a cancellation, half of your deposit will be refunded up to 10 business days prior to the event. Cancellations must be in writing.
